What’s the difference between therapy and skills training?

Therapy focuses on insight, emotions, and coping through talk-based sessions. Skills Training provides hands-on coaching to build daily living, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills.

Do you prescribe medication?

Our psychiatric providers can evaluate for and prescribe medications when appropriate. Medication is always paired with education and a personalized plan.
